The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing, always super nice and helpful. We were blown away by the stunning view from our spacious room and balcony. The salad options during our stay were lovely. The surroundings were quiet and there was always enough parking space. This hotel offers great value for money and we will definitely be returning.

Right next to the ski lift. Very friendly and warm. Good food. Good beds to rest.
The noise on the grund floor (music, people singing) is disturbing for people on rooms in the 1st floor.

Absolutely nothing.

The proximity to the ski lift was fabulous.
The walk up the hill from the town where socialising took place was quite steep and long

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants, bars, shops, or anything at all in the nearby town as well as the cable car.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location for skiing and exploring. The view from our room was amazing and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the interconnecting family rooms were perfect for our needs. The buffet-style meals in the restaurant were excellent, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk to the ski lift. a fantastic experience at Yomo Patagonia.

Decent sized and well-equipped room, really enjoyable stay!
Clean place, staff was pleasant and welcoming. Units with pull-out bed. Marvellous and fab location, not too far away from Els Orriols. Pleasant restaurant at the nice atmosphere and interior of the bar.

Great hotel with its own ski lift, let down by poor food
I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location with its own chairlift for easy access to the slopes. The rooms were modern and spacious, with a kitchen and dining area, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only letdown was the food, with limited choices and poor quality dinners. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Proximity to the chair lift. The choice at breakfast. The helpfulness at reception. The size of the room and bathroom (having a seperate toilet is always useful). The very comfortable sofa-bed. The House keeping.
Not having wifi throughout the hotel, only in the bar. The description of the room as an apartment when it costs a additional 20€ per day to use the hob and to hire the kitchen equipment. We used the microwave and fridge which is not charged extra and because we came by car we brought our own kettle and crockery. Also the fridge was not clean when we checked into the room. If you want to ski directly back to the hotel at the end of the day, bear in mind that it is a 'tricky blue run' and not suitable for beginners, but you can come back down using the 4 man chair lift but carrying your skis if you want. This is not a hotel which has a stunning night life, there is a big bar with a pool table and lots of comfy sofas. A lovely (but loud) lady tries to get everyone involved in the kids disco or the pool competition. The restaurant called Pampa down the road was amazingly bad - first time anyone has asked me how I want my chicken cooked!!!!

Family rooms a good size with dining table for stocking snacks and drinks. Tasty meals, great breakfasts. Fab location at chairlift's foot, easy with children. Ski back to hotel if you like! View of waterfall and horses grazing below. Free parking, start hikes from hotel. Best price/performance ratio in Andorra. Helpful reception staff, always clean. Close to slopes.
